I accidentally noticed this with toolbox and created Arch, Fedora, Ubuntu just to test it and only Ubuntu had it. I hope that means Debian does too

install: restore Elisa instead of VLC on desktop 
The snap doesn't have libdvdcss, so it doesn't fullfil purpose of DVD watching
and Elisa may be more user-friendly for family music files.

This reverts commit 4b684a10285b91fbf87e69abee51ce7851744be7.
