Renamed to camel case:
- parseArgs -> parse_args
- parsePrefixedArgs -> parse_prefixed_args
Renamed to show that we're specifically parsing ISUPPORT data:
- parseCapabilities -> parse_isupport
- parsePrefixes -> parse_isupport_prefixes
