rank does not seem to be used, it could be removed, and then enumerate() and i would no longer be needed either - or am I missing something?

nit: I think if listen is None ... foo ... else ... bar would be more direct than if listen is not None ... bar ... else ... foo

Start updating services managed by SSO

I guess that would make more sense. Or keep the text as is and shut the service down (as it’s not working properly anyways).

nit-pick: all other quotes in the file are single quotes, these are the only double quotes introduced.
