etc/{i2pd,systemd}: modernise to less bad ideas ...

The issue has been fixed last year and considering I2Pd can connect
through Yggdrasil natively, tunneling Yggdrasil in is a bad idea and
could lead into Yggdrasil over Yggdrasil loop situation.
