conf/systemd: add nordvpn-connect user service 
Considering it already has protonvpn and mullvad, why not, and it may be a more reasonable alternative to service.d override that may enforce a reconnect

To enable lingering

`sudo loginctl enable-linger username` or if it doesn't work, `sudo touch /var/lib/systemd/linger/username`
