Trust and lsign, I have no reason to have positive trust values.

i3: disable IM autostarts once again
My i3 seems to be getting a role of being on shared devices more than on
my own laptop, I seem to like some features of GNOME too much, such as
actual notification centre.

Fixes `gpg --fetch-keys` for my workflow plan of attempting to fetch my
signatures on keys I trust from somewhat trustworthy place.
