i3: decrease font size by 1 
For fitting status bar comfortably with Sedric's HiDPI scaling, however
it's borderline uncomfortable with Kincarron now. How about I start
using per-device font sizes like with some other lines?

is too much for me. I expect to suffer this decision too though.

* i3: bind audio buttons to amixer (TODO: there are still pulse-specific
  shortcuts and no shortcut for any kind of a mixer. $TERMINAL
  alsamixer?)
* i3status: comment pulse to make it see alsa
* apt: pin pulseaudio to negative priority

i3: restore Wire to autostart due to unforeseen circumstances 
As currently both Signal and Wire are having problems on my phones and
it's the main secure channel with my family, I have to open it after
login anyway.

Yes, two Electrons autostarting now :(

i3: move PulseEffects on top of autostarts 
It appears that it's innocent to my pulseaudio issue. I hope moving
PulseEffects on top will help with other issues I was having with it, as
it probably doesn't make much sense to start it last if there are apps
like GRadio starting before it.

missing tray icon support without this flag and it's easier to put it to
autostart than start thinking about keybinding or similar for it.
