It being only for @debian.org email holders, I am unlikely to have need of doing anything else than receiving keys, especially with https://keyring.debian.org/ instructions of not uploading anyone else's keys or their signatures as opposed to Ubuntu keyserver which is more public and required for Launchpad.net (if it supported Ed25519 keys)...
