Disable sitemap of redirects and quick notes 
Reverts: c008068460

Note: 895a6b6903 where it was enabled for reading of noindex meta tags, but I don't think those ever worked anyway

r: add vaaratiedote for YLE Teletext danger information 
The system was just tested on the radio and I guess this is as good page
as any to check whether the numbers ever change.
