Disable sitemap of redirects and quick notes 
Reverts: c00806846003c7b22ce72ffd842cea9340e9dbb5

Note: 895a6b6903c96bf644c573c8dff4fa98bfce119d where it was enabled for reading of noindex meta tags, but I don't think those ever worked anyway

r: add git.md to redirect to nice writeup on it 
I originally saw this a few weeks ago when someone else linked me to it
and now I was asked for it by someone possibly thinking I had originally
linked into it and it seems so nice I want to store it somewhere.

And this somewhere is my most persistent bookmarks storage.
