Prism Break delisted Riot recently and I am in a bit funny situation
with PTIO running an instance while I am as individual trying to bring
up the concerns on our issue tracker and forum.
IPNS.co gives randomly Cloudflared hosts and the hosts may also be
outside of the European Union.
I know PTIO sysadmins and I know it's not behind Cloudflare and in
France at OVH.

that they just got lucky. The latest time I have seen people speculating
Facebook bruteforcing a v2 onion address entirely has been today and
while I support moving to v3 onions, I prefer to see facts and I imagine
I will be linking here multiple times in the future.
I think Wire.com is a bit unhelpful on how it only advertises itself for
teams and barely mentions Wire Personal, while the download page also
includes browser link allowing trying it and makes the separation
between Personal and Pro more clear.

* finally add µMatrix with a short story/links, I think it fits to
replace Privacy Badger as it blocks third parties not advertisers and
I can always allow certain advertisers on sites I wish to support that
way.
