This reverts commit fd0bd315c1.
This reopens#114 as it has been two weeks and this is the change that
broke HTML5 validation as far as I am aware.
This is also a lesson to not do more than one thing in a commit.
* _config.yml: disable twitter_username
* _includes/head.html: comment showing deactivated Twitter account as
the author.
* pages/some.markdown:
* simply tell people to check the keys page (this should be a
link, #122).
* Remove Facebook Messenger (still exists, but doesn't belong here,
GitHub organisation notice, Facebook notice from Goodreads,
Twitter link and DigitalOcean reflink (I am thinking of removing
that account when the current credits expire).
* r/1024.html: use https
* r/fb-aseksuaalit.md & r/heseta-naiset.md: it's difficult for me to
know if there are changes to these links as I am not in Facebook and
the assosiation is question has renamed themselves.
* r/twitter.md: link to the Mastodon toot on account removal instead.
* I cannot think of a better place for it to link if I won't simply
remove it now.
I don't understand why it contains errors and the previous format linked
to mikaela.info/avatar.jpeg even in "jekyll build" and as the site is
hosted on GitHub pages, GitHub knows it's being accessed anyway.
This reverts commit 00dcf1999a.

and now also loads the page with https even if it's supposed to point to
127.0.0.1 and ::1 (when not servfailing for me, but maybe it's purpouse
is to servfail for DNSSEC capable clients).
