pages/discuss: fix CAPITALIZATION, alphabets & add a comma

PUBLICly annoyed me by combining two cases, and reader feedback said
that Ergo webchats look like a long link (and would look better with a
comma or anything) and simultaneously I noticed that G comes before K in
alphabets.
