OpenPS2Loader CHT/ directory

This directory contains cheats for OpenPS2Loader. Like ../../pcsx2/cheats this exists for that Dobbo nanotech boost which isn’t helped even by existence of the wall climbing glitch of first person mode.

Additionally most of the files are symlinks to submodule of widescreen patches.
