Valentin Lorentz be88530fa4 commands: Disallow IRIs from 'url' and 'httpUrl' converters. 
urllib doesn't support IRIs, and gives out a cryptic
'UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character ...'
if we don't validate it.
