I forgot to include these in 63eb6672eac794a9c39dec87db3aa45147e06974 (This is fine because noone but me touched these files since the initial change in db7ef3f02517f9f2a3c56829a22b9fad3c36e374).
Limnoria is a multipurpose Python IRC bot, designed for flexibility and robustness, while being easy to install, set up, and maintain. It aims to be an adequate replacement for most existing IRC bots. It includes a very flexible and powerful [ACL system](https://docs.limnoria.net/use/capabilities.html) for controlling access to commands, an equality powerful [configuration system](https://docs.limnoria.net/use/configuration.html) to customize your bot, as well as more than 60 builtin [plugins](https://limnoria.net/plugins.xhtml) providing around 400 actual commands. There are also dozens of third-party [plugins](https://limnoria.net/plugins.xhtml) written by dozens of independent developers, and it is very easy to [write your own](https://docs.limnoria.net/develop/plugin_tutorial.html) with only basic knowledge of Python.
