install <repository> <plugin>

Downloads and installs the *<plugin>* from the *<repository>*.

repolist [<repository>]
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Displays the list of plugins in the *<repository>*.
If *<repository>* is not given, returns a list of available
repositories.
