Besides this, utilize the exceptions provided by the library, Standardised replies. Add tests.

Make a decision on Rate Limiting and at what stage might it cause issues. The client library liblistenbrainz not covering every end point despite literally using that marketing somewhere in their own documents, and the future debt threat of the library being changed pushes me to consider just using stdlib stuff.
