setup.py to install the library as a Python package
systemd services and target for running as a daemon
sysconfig file providing environment variables to the application

Copying files from https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:crameleon:LibertaCasa:Takahe/takahe - in the future, it would be good to build the package directly off this repository, to keep the files in one place.
