Need a way to toggle this in layers I don’t see any other option but to use pyaml to modify if we intend to still use shodan or some such network/utility bot.

Essentially has 3 BLs:

dnsbl.dronebl.org
rbl.efnetrbl.org
torexit.dan.me.uk

They each have 3 actions:

block
allow
require-sasl
