auto-t: remove duplicate EAP tests
This removes any EAP test which was combined into testEAP as well
as modifies any special EAP test to use the now global eap-users
file.

auto-t: fixed TLS/TTLS autotests
These test were failing due to autoconnect taking over before
the explicit connect call. This adds Autoconnect=False to all
TLS/TTLS tests.
