d1b3f2d14f auto-t: remove stale hw.conf options 
After the test-runner re-write many tests were left with
stale options that are no longer used at all. These were
periodically getting removed as changes were made to
individual tests, but its apparent now that a tree wide
removal was needed.

e7a9a43410 auto-t: add test for AddressRandomization option 
Tests all cases of AddressRandomization=network

1. Deterministic generation per-network (default)
2. Full randomization per-network
3. Address override per-network
