treewide: Various style fixups

- Mostly problems with whitespace:
	- Use of spaces instead of tabs
	- Stray spaces before closing ')
	- Missing spaces

- Missing 'void' from function declarations & definitions that
  take no arguments.

- Wrong indentation level
