client: fix ad-hoc start_open DBus method name 

Doing 'ad-hoc <wlan> start_open <"network name">' returned a
"No matching method found" error because start_open called
net.connman.iwd.AdHoc.Start instead of net.connman.iwd.AdHoc.StartOpen.
