wiphy: Use CMD_DISCONNECT, not CMD_DEAUTHENTICATE

Browse Source 
CMD_DEAUTHENTICATE seems to carry only the management frame pdu
information.  CMD_DISCONNECT is carrying the information that is
actually needed by us:
