compiler_vm: various host improvements
* VM scripts can now be configured via environment variables: PBOTVM_DOMAIN, PBOTVM_TIMEOUT, PBOTVM_SERVER, PBOTVM_SERIAL, PBOTVM_HEART, PBOTVM_NOREVERT
